According to Roy Walford, MD., probably the best known researcher on Life Extension, all mammals on this planet seem to hold to this basic formula when we examine their life expectancy. The number of years from birth to puberty times 10 is very close to the life expectancy of all mammals.

10 x (birth to puberty) = Life Expectancy

For man the equation would look like this;

10 x ( 12 to 14 ) = 120 to 140 = Man’s Live Expectancy

According to the BIble; Genesis 6:3

“Man also is flesh:
yet his days shall be an
 hundred and twenty years."

It has become quite clear to researchers that we are falling short of our intended Life Expectancy. Now the questions becomes "WHY" . Although we don't have all the answers, there is much we do know. This has become my passion. To share what I know about the latest research in hopes I can make a difference for people and their loved ones. I will always stay with published research and try to include opposing opinions. My goal is to be a health coach. I understand how confusing this subject can become. You need someone to sort through the hype, misinformation, advertiser's jargon, and get to the bottom, the truth, the research. My goal is to do just that and relay the information in a manner that is easily understood.

Our food supply and diet has dominated the research as the culprit causing the decline in our health and premature aging. The basic premise is that we are eating things that directly harm us, and possibly more important, we are not eating the natural compound found in certain foods that our bodies must have. These deficiencies are responsible for our body's breaking down. We simply can not rebuild worn out tissue and organs without these essential materials.

On the "NO NO's" page I have listed some items which are known to harm us directly. You should avoid this items as much as possible. The goal would be to remove them from your diet completely. The next page, "Health Decline", I discuss the links between symptoms, disease, and the chemical compounds either eaten or the essential compounds not eaten. On "Solutions" page I discuss things that you can start doing immediately to improve your health. The "Ultimate Goal" page discusses what research is saying is possible for us to achieve. We have the potential to live healthy, happy, and with purpose. Each one of us should have the opportunity to fully express our higher potential, with love, aboundant energy, joy and discover who we realy are.
