The ultimate goal is life with so much abundance that we freely and willingly give it to others.
Have you achieved this goal or are you like most people who barely have enough energy to make it home from work and fall on the couch exhausted. Foggy thinking, poor memory, unwanted weight gain, and a body that just doesn't work like it use to. We continually eat to a get a short burst of energy that leaves us quickly. Wondering if we will make it to retirement age so we can quit living and fade quietly into nonexistence.
How about retiring from the job that you had to do, and starting what you always wanted to do. Maybe teaching, travel, becoming a mentor for the younger generation or contributing to our society through volunteerism. What if you retired at age 65 but lived to 120. You would still have half of your life ahead of you. How would you spend the 2nd half if you felt like you were 40 years old.
In the past 2 years there has been over 800 papers published in peer reviewed journals on Mitochondria. Mitochondria are the power centers of each of our cells. Much like the oil refineries that convert crude oil pumped out of the gulf into diesel, gas, and jet fuel. Mitochondria convert sugars and fats to energy that we use. When the mitochondria are young and efficient the cells have abundant energy, our organs have abundant energy, our minds have abundant energy, so we experience abundant energy. But as the mitochondria age, become less efficient, die off, and don't reproduce the cells have less energy, organs don't function efficiently, including our minds, and we feel old, lethargic, and finished. When the mitochondria dies, the cell dies, enough cellular death the organ dies, and we die.
So what damages the mitochondria, sugar, High fructose corn syrup, pesticides, BPA, dyes, chemicals, cigarette smoke, pollution, etc.(man made compounds that don't occur in nature).
What protects the mitochondria, anti-oxidants, flavenoids, vitamins, glutathione, alpha lipoic acid, revertitrol etc. (fruits, vegetables, micro nutrients from the soil, Natural substances).
Epi-genetic research has shown us how to stimulate mitochondria repair, increased efficiently, and mitochondria replication (new mitochondria).
We now know that we can grow new brain cells, increase our IQ, memory and recall well past our 50th birthday. But to do so requires, you guessed it, energy (aka. mitochondria). Want to have more energy, loose weight, feel younger, then repair the mitochondria. Repair from the cell level up. Inside out. But first quite damaging you mitochondria. Quit growing old before you time. Make a conscious decision to start the rebuild process today. Who knows what you can accomplish, what gift you have to give, what contribution you can contribute. Start taking control of your life today. And when you make that decision I would love to help you achieve your goals.
